What payment methods do you accept ?

We are currently only able to accept PayPal payments. You can also pay by credit card, but you must pay by PayPal. Direct payment by credit card will result in the transaction not complying with PayPal seller protection, and we will cancel your order and refund you.

Do you ship overeas ?

The countries we can currently send to include the United States, the European Union, Russia, Singapore, Australia, New Zealand, Japan, and South Korea. Customers in other countries please consult online customer service.

How long will it take to get my order ?

It depends on where you are. Orders from the European Union will be shipped from European warehouses (Germany or Czech Republic) and will take 2-7 business days to arrive. US orders will be shipped from China, delivery may take 10-15 days.

What shipping carriers do you use ?

We use multiple carriers for fulfillment including (4PX, DHL, and UPS). Unfortunately, we’re not able to control the shipping carrier used in any one shipment.

Will I receive the tracking information ?

We’ll send an email confirmation with tracking information when your order ships

Can I return my product?

We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, we’re happy to help. Just send us an email directly (sales@canstartech.com) or contact online customer service and we will take you through the process.

Can I get my products personalized ?

It depends on the creator and the product. All options are outlined on the product page, so look out for customization options there.
